Its a generic mesh bracelet I had on another watch that happened to fit the JLC. I've since sold the other watch and don't have any other pictures of it, sorry. I can't recall if I bought off Amazon or from Strapsco - https://strapsco.com/product-category/stainless-steel-watch-bands/ This is another site that sells quality bracelets, more expensive - https://www.arrowaybracelets.com/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsdaDwZ_GjAMV5wbvAh3moxNvEAMYASAAEgKO7_D_BwE Usual disclosure, I'm not affiliated with either site nor promoting.
Such a beauty! Congratulations on that one! Wearing one of it’s much older predecessors today…. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My Brothers, I came across a really nice watch online. I checked out the company all Swiss made !! The company is based out of Miami and I just ordered one. I must say the quality is really good. 44 mm!! https://www.livwatches.com/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I've been enjoying this one this week. It's another 23 jewel (gem based - ruby, sapphire and/or diamond bearings) Vanguard grade Waltham (made in Massachusetts) with the wind indicator (upper sub-dial) designed to keep the watch running in the 'sweet spot' of the mainspring's power band (for me, it's a fancy power reserve). This is in the factory case made by Keystone Case Co. I have another similar one that will be brought back to life that is in green gold (Electrum) Keystone case of this design - that one should be over the top (for me). To me the Keystone case design looks much more conservative and 'older' style than the white gold factory Wadsworth cased 1928 version I posted in Post #21678 What watch are you wearing today? even though these were made only two years apart. The movements of those are that same spec as the 1931 version in Post #21012 What watch are you wearing today? however the 1931 watch was jeweler cased watch (possibly in the mid 1930s as, to me, the style gives off a different 'vibe' than the others with it's bolder dial and subtler case). When I'm not wearing them, it's fun having them next to me when typing. Although I must admit, I'm getting tempted to transition from the 1920s back to Edwardian and WWI - we'll see. Regards, Art S.
Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login I haven't picked up [yet another] Panerai in a while, so grabbed this one last night- 47mm Panerai Brabus S. I'm not usually a fan of 'cross-marketing' (i.e. watches & cars) in my watches, save perhaps for the Rolex Daytona, but like the way this looks. Mike
I dusted off my Chronomat UTC after some months. I just love staring at this thing. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Lagging behind @rmlovett1 who got here first but beyond thrilled to finally get my baguette platona from my AD after a five year wait and a fortuitous model refresh. It’s been a grail watch desire for my collection that I never thought would happen, but today was the day! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Still awaiting mine. I love the diamonds and it’s nice they didn’t keep the ice blue chapter dials in the refresh. In the meantime… Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks bud. I had started losing hope but it did happen in the end. The exhibition caseback made it worth the wait.
