    For other protective souls aware of his intentions in advance of this thread -

    I double-checked to make sure Dr. Gunboat publicly stated he was getting out - such is the case, so... have at it, sailor!

    I very much like the idea of continuing with his fine wordworking. Given the ridiculous time requirements of DWOB - perhaps this can be put to good use towards that end - surely those with 6+ months available who travel to locales have noted a need for particular fixtures & would be able to transport a labor of love done by Dr. Gunboat? (If not,) do they (also) have auctions, where you can donate pieces you craft?
