I always lay my car up for 4- 5 months while the crap weather is here. I have quite a list of things that i have to get done while its layed up over winter. Whats your list of jobs on your 348/355s this winter?:)
My list is as follows, some of which i have already done in the last two months.

    Jobs done so far..

    Fuel tank swap.
    Two fuel pressure regulators.
    Brand new full undertray/ground FX.
Suspension parts clean and a pair of track rod ends.
    Pair of steering rack gators.
Front bumper and bonnet respray and 3M,ed.
    Aircon re-gas.
    Front and rear brake pads.
    New brake front flexy ducts.
    Wheels repainted.
    4 new tyres.

    To be done..

    New aircon valve Bosh motor.
Both seats rebuilt and recoverd with new leather:D
    Spider roof re-dyed.

What are you planing to do?:)

Well chaa............it is summer over here now. So I will be driving my bad boy 348 everyday while I laugh my ass off at your crappy weather which puts you AND your 355 off the road for 4-5 months every year. :D:D You are probably better off moving to Australia mate. Beautiful Ferrari driving weather here all year round. I will take you into my house anytime. But your 355 will have to park down the street of course. Cant let anyone see a 355 hairdressers car parked out the front of my place. :p
I have a repuatation to uphold here you know.

It is Monday 4th December, 10.30am here at the moment. And it is very hot! :D Should be here today. I have been tracking it and last night was in Syndey parcel sorting area. So.........I reckon it will be in Brisbane tomorrow, then I will have it here Wednesday. BUT.......I am back at work Tuesday to Friday. :( I have told my brother to come past my place over the next few days to keep an eye for the courier or their note to pick it up from their yard. :)
I have asked my friend if we can do another dyno shootout, 348 stock and 348 with the XOST fitted. He said not a problem. He cant wait to hear it also. Everyone is looking forward to hearing it. Hopefully we can do that on my days off starting Saturday morning. I cant wait. Im all excited. Pics and vid will be coming of that glorious day. :)

I will PM you about the clutch info directly mate. ;)
    Cheers.

I have to agree with Pap - move to the land 'Down Under' if you want warmer weather. Or move to Vegas - it's the No 1 City !

Already did the interior detail thing. Hoping to install a few Valence carbon interior bits. Basic oil service and look over next month (always good to get a second opinion...)

And I hope to drive it so long as there is no salt on the road.

Every winter I pull the intake plenums to check throttle linkage and check/reset the balance of the 8 throttle bodies, take a peek at the intake valves(thru the open throttles) to see if the are clean, pull spark plugs to check, do a compression test, check spark plug wires. Will probably remove headers this year to check exhaust valves. My suspension has solid bushings so they will need to checked for wear, do this every other year so it is time. Other than that just some general cleaning. Regards, Vern

Hey man, who told you my PLAN B ? :)

I use controllers from a bmw changed the plug at the end of the high voltage cable going to the xenon lights. Bought a set of 6000K (stock systems use 4500-5500K you got the best light at this Kelvin area but on higher kelvin you got more blue into the light ... i wouldn't go over 6000k that looks like fast n furious crap) H1 Xenon bulbs that idon't have to modify anything on the headlights. And thats it. I don't like the chinese conversion sets because i don't know how long these plastik controler boxes will work. Also the cables are very dangerous they use normal cables for a 28kV max system the isolation is to week. I hope the chinese h1 xenon bulbs work ok because there are no H1 xenon bulbs from the main manufacturers of real xenon systems (philips and osram) but i saw that the chinese one uses a philips bulb they change only the socket from D2S to H1.

Pardon? :D Now run that baby by me again real slow:D Whats a controler box for?, whats 4500-6000K mean? I am asuming that its only the bulb that is changed then? Could you explain to me how a typical Xenon systen works in laymans for me. New to this Xenon game but i want to get it right. And you sound like ya know what ya talkin about:D So thats 3 of you on this mans forum:D
