What would be a fair price for this 328?

I am looking at a red/black 87 328 GTS. The car has 15k miles and has had a full 30k service done this past October. From the pics I have seen, the car is in fantastic shape. The only blemishes are a couple tiny stonechips on the nose and a little shrinkage of the leather on the center console. Seats and the rest of the interior look great with almost no wear. The dealer has service records and the car has never been hit or repainted. (other than the front bumper for stonechips)

So, my question is what would you pay for this car. The dealer (authorized Ferrari dealer) is asking $54,995. I think this is quite high, but I am not sure where to begin negotiating. Keep in mind this dealer did not perform the 30k service.
