    Poll says it all.

    Give me 12, no question. I ever liked the sounds of most 8s as much (flat crank not included). 6s and 4s never moved me much.

    Me the Alfa screaming v6 ... what an engine!

    But I do love the sound of the F355 ...

    While I appreciate the awesomeness of v12's visually and their sound, they are just plain too long and modern front engined Ferraris just look out of proportion sticking to this engine type. Why not try a W12, or a v6 ... then the 612 would not look like a submarine or a container ship ;)

    Oooopps i forgot something.
    Now i know it dosnt jold much of a place here, but im a sucker for a tuned Boxer Engine! I used to love my STI with the Sport Exhaust on it, and the unrated turbos. It used to "throb" so good!!

    I'll take F430 any day for V8.

    I'll take 512M, 512TR, & 575/550 most of days for V12.

    Is this acceptable answer?

    I picked 12 because that is the classic Ferrari. I find 4,6 and 8 are all "better" depending on what you're doing. But give me a tiny displacement, high revving 12 for the sheer sound.

    Incidently, that is the ONLY 6 I own, and one of the very few types I would own. :cool:
