Better to note the mileage, otherwise valet just resets the trip odometer so it stills reads 000. Better yet, don't leave the key.

Since you bought it used you have no idea how it was treated since 2015 so a lot more could have happened during that time. However, I would inspect for hood scratches, door dings, cuts/stains to leather, cigarette ashes, rim damage and especially under-body damage. The average driver does not realize how low these cars really are. Of course, you would have to already have known the condition of such things to have something to compare it to. Best.

I NEVER Valet my car.. never. It's easier to PREVENT damage from occurring, than to collect and fix it once it's done.

Solid State makes a good point. While I don't Valet my car, I have absolutely no idea how many times it was parked by a Valet and joy-ridden before my ownership. Without proof it's let it go..

As I said on the other valet threads, I park my car myself in the valet up front area, take the keys, pay them what they would have gotten plus tip. I know it will not be moved, I get to see it from the restaurant window etc., then it is easy out when we leave. If they won't let me do that, then I go somewhere else.
