Lol. I did the same think when I was younger, just not as bad and not inside of the house. Cute kids. Just tell them what they did wrong, clean it up, have a laugh, and cherish the moment. Sure, it is a headache to clean up, buy hey, they are just kids.

I forgot about the obvious - I would call poison control since it looks like the youngest of the two has paint all over his mouth and has likely ingested some of it.

I had a friend when I was a kid... she painted her fathers car with some wood paint, when she was about 4 years old. It was an old Volvo Amazone, that ended up having a niiiice brown color, as high as she could get the paint It never came off again!!!
