What would you do with half a million in savings?

I drive a M3 going on 6 years this year - paid cash - $55k/$57k msrp - plus tax/mods - $65k - worth $15k now - $50k - cost $694 per month and still going strong - $0 besides tires.

Worked with porsche from 05-06 and a short pop last year. I wouldn't buy a new car again - find a deal and save on 2yr old cpo car - new BMW M3 - RS4 - 911's - - C2S - C4S - 996 GT3! - all are amazing great cars that won't cost you to maintain and you can drive the hell out of and really enjoy. --- I would try to spend - $50k tops on a newer car.

You could even pick up a E46 M3 for chump change compared to ferrari cost - although that isn't the tread point -

I'm just pitching cheaper, but still enjoyable driving machines.
