Over a year ago I ordered a computer on line. The company sent it to the wrong address, clear across the country, and said it would be over a week for it to get to me. I said either cancel the order or ship me another computer and have UPS send the first one back to you.
They said that they could have UPS change the routing and return the first one to them.

I got the second one in two days, and then about two weeks later the first one showed up.

I figured they would send a call slip and pick it up. They never did, and after six months I opened the box and started using it.

Now over one year later they called and left a message which I have not yet answered.
I suspect they want me to pay for the second computer, and I’m wondering if it can be treated as unsolicited goods.

Anyone versed in California law care to give a little advice?

First thing is return the phone call. Maybe they want to sell you an extended warranty! Probably they will be happy to recieve the second PC back.
Whether its right or wrong they will probably have a hard time collecting on the 2nd pc if you ship it back.
