What year could you order the Challenge wheels on your 360, if ever.
I ask as i may enter my car in Concourse judging events and i don't want to present the car with the challenge wheels on it unless it was a possible factory option for a 2003. Any insight would be appreciated.
    Thanks gentlemen.

Whether you mean the 18" bbs or 19" CS wheel, I think the answer is never.

The bbs were fairly available and I remember seeing a few cars at the time with them, but I assume that's bc people liked the look and they were around due to the need for spares.

The Challenge Stradale wheels came on that model in 2004, but even those were not available on the 2005 360 Spiders, although the sport exhaust was. Hope this helps

*edit - modular wheels were available in 2003, I think they were introduced partway through 2002 model year

thanks for your reply. Appreciate it. I didn't think they did, but wasn't sure. I do see the BAT 2004 360 came with the modular wheels per the window sticker. Thanks again. So it will be the Starfish wheels for judging and CS wheels for all else.

For judging I would go with the starfish, not sure CS wheels were ever an option, I thought just modular.
Remember floor mats, radar detectors, modified exhaust, front wraps all get point deductions and many others that we take for granted everyday driving.

well i definitely appreciate your post and think i really should open a new thread regarding judging. I am a National level 1967 NCRS Corvette judge so i am beyond familiar with the Corvette guidelines but have NO CLUE on the judging for a 360. So PPF on the front will receive deduct?

I believe you can lost 3 points in Cavallino only. I will lost one for my Tubi for sure. I will definitely stick with the starfish for judging. Very much appreciate your reply. Many thanks.

for 'challenge stradale wheels came on that model . .' I meant for the challenge stradale, not the 360. only the modulars were available in the later years of the regular 360 run. Challenge stradale wheels were available on the stradale and later the F430, and similar wheels were available on the 599 and F430. Long story short, unless you run your vin and see that it should have the mods, the starfish wheels are the safe bet

At last year’s Sebring FCA Concours I had no points deducted for radar detector or front PPF. I did have a deduction for window tinting though. You may get a deduction for PPF if it’s in poor condition. If you haven’t already read all the judging info on the FCA website you should take the time. Lots of good info there.

19” Challenge “Stradale” Wheels were never an option for the 360 Coupe or Spider in the USA. Years 1999-2005.
19” Challenge “Stradale” Wheels were standard and the only option for the Stradale in 2004.
19” Challenge “Stradale” Wheels were an option on the F430 from 2005-2009
19” Challenge “Stradale” Wheels will not fit the Scuderia and were never offered.

If I had a 360 and wanted to show it, I would run the 18” Modulars. Classic period style correct wheels for this car. The production number on these wheels was quite low compared to the standard 18” Starfish which is also a great wheel considering it was standard on 9 out of 10 cars.
