Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall seeing a resolution to the Spyker (RIP) vs. Super Aguri/Toro Rossa customer car suit in 07. Anyone have info?

I thought it was resolved out of court, but I'm not sure.

There doesn't seem to be much information that Google can find. I get the impression that it "went away" with the sale of Spyker.

Pity, but I guess the "customer chassis" age (along with spec engines, tires, etc) has come to F1.

Or, we might as well just start calling it "Formula CART".

Customer chassis died with Prodrive's entry. Weird is how Aguri is allowed to continue. I'd wager that the moment Aguri is level with Williams is also the same day that Williams forces Aguri to make their own bits.
