    To the survivor of the Dec 24 430 crash on PCH, NPB? I saw a crime scene investigator crew at the site yesterday taking transit measurements. Looked like evidence gathering of sorts. Seems like after the initial shock of the crash, nothing else was ever reported.

    The last news on this was Jan. 6th. It appears to have been swept under the carpet. Might have something to do with the driver being only 18?
