Assuming that the condition is very good with minimal flaws, and 2-3 years into the 30K service. Car is red. What would be a fair price for both parties? Opinions?

Hard to tell from that info, but I'd guess between $46,000 and $50,000.

If you want to drive the car, the key things to find out are:

Has it had the alternator update? If not, thats $1500 + labor.

Has it had the clutch slave cylinder update (355 style)? If not, that's another $1000 + labor.

Has it had the single disc clutch update? That's another $2K + labor.

Does the A/C controller fully work? Those are $2K, IF you can find them (they're no longer available).

Cavallino lists the 348ts expected resale range from $46-70K. Auctions can save you money up front, but you can end up with a disaster on your hands.
