    W/O a fresh major I would put it closer to $91K-$93K - Remember you will add about $8K to the price with a fresh major....

    $82K for base car + $5K for Spider + $5K for F1 + $2.5K for miles - $8K for major = $86.5K as a buyer; $96.5K as a seller?
