To clarify, I was originally in the list and then chickened out because Ferrari and batteries and first production hybrid. So I opted instead for the F8.

Now that they are in production and bugs being worked out, I was disappointed to find zero allocations. Oh well, opportunity lost and all. But then one turns up and it made me start thinking, “oh maybe I should…”. I like to spec my own cars - particularly expensive ones - so I get exactly what I want. This spec is not what I would have chosen but is still a nice one.

The thing that gives me pause is that it is listed quite a bit over MSRP. So I made a quick post so you guys could talk me out of it! :)

If you sell or trade the F8 you may net out the same. Putting it another way, basically the premium over sticker for each could be a wash.

Yes that is a good thought! I sold the F8 for a good price already.

I think it will sit on this for a bit and do some looking for what the SF90 is bringing in the market. I know these cars are not investments, but I don’t think this will be a keeper. Just something to enjoy for a couple of years and then sell/trade for one of the new V12’s coming down the pike. I don’t plan to ever sell our 812.

    Have fun!

I'm in Australia and I've seen 3 listed since release, 1.1m for a Stradale (8000 km's, no carbon), 1.3m for a Assetto Fiorano Stradale and about 1.45m for a Spider.

I know the Assetto Fiorano ended up selling but I'm unsure of the Stradale, the Spider has been listed at 1.45 m for a few weeks.

Based on these prices it seems to going for about 250-300k above MSRP in Australia.
