What's FHP and HGTC?

FHP stands for 'Fiorano Handling Package' and was an option on the 575M Maranello. If I'm not mistaken it's essentially a sportier (harder) suspension set-up.

HGTC stands for 'Handling Gran Turismo Competizione' and was an option for the 575M for the 2004-2005 model years, though I believe Ferrari will still fit this package to a 575M. It consists of carbon ceramic brakes, the Fiorano handling pack, 19" modular wheels, new exhaust and carbon fiber instrument panel. It's essentially the equivalent of the HGTE package in the 599 GTB. (E stands for Evoluzione.)

I'm sure thats not the case but may I suggest that the majority of your queries (which have covered almost every model for the past twenty years) are extremely basic and very likely to have been asked often before - on that basis its always worth a quick search first - there are many sections here so fhp/hgtc would probably have several threads in the 550/575 area & specific dealer queries may be in the relevant geographic zone

Some may even get a good answer with Google and/or Wikipedia

Some may not yet or not recently been asked at which point the knowledge of the members here can be invaluable

 

In addition, the HGTC package was offered on the Superamerica, as well as the 612. Alternatives to the HGTC package on the 612 were the GTC, GTS, HGTS and HGT2 packages.
