    After a very difficult week, i wanted to go for a walk on the beach to relax. Next to the beach, there is a very nice shop, a beautiful bistro, so i spent my day there and left early in the afternoon. So for breakfast, i took pancakes with peanut butter, banana, oat flakes, blueberries, and cinnamon!

    This should have started in the dinner thread. Running errands yesterday and decided to stop by Baltimore’s Little Italy for carry out. Fantastic dinner last night, sorry no pics. We also picked up a 32oz container of their sauce… it’s incredible. Put some on our eggs this morning. Awesome.

    With my family, we prepared fried pork sausages, toasted bread, pancakes with an espresso coffee. I really liked to cook food, we start cooking as teamwork with my family, all of them has their own task to be completed before 7 AM. Today my role is to prepare fresh and hot coffee in the morning.

    We have one new restaurant in our valley and it’s far-and-away the best food within 50 miles. This meal was earlier this week…

    Top pic - my wife had sweet potato and kale hash with eggs and English muffin.

    Bottom pic - I had pork belly hash with eggs and, and a side of sausage and biscuit.

    Both were fantastic.

    The eggs cooked later on the lower heat side. The griddle keeps my coffee hot, it was cold outside! :p

    Took my wife to my favorite hole in the wall Cuban place Tuesday and had an egg/chorizo/2x queso/bacon and hot sauce sandwich on pressed Cuban bread. It’s perfection in a basket! :D
