    Scrambled eggs with Polish Sausage and a bit of shredded cheese today.

    (not my fav, the sausage was too powerful/smokey for the eggs)

    Scrambled eggs and veggie sausage on a tortilla with Mexican cheese and Brazilian starfish peppers. Zippy not hot, likely due to most of the heat being in the membrane that holds the seeds, which I mostly removed to save/dry the seeds for next year's garden.

    McD hash browns are like crack. Cocaine's got nothing on it.

    Ever try a "10:30 a.m. Filet-O-Fish"?

    What is that, you ask?

    Get there at 10:25 a.m., order has brown.

    Wait.

    Then five minutes later when it's 10:30 a.m. and they switch to the lunch menu, order a Filet-O-Fish.

    Insert said hash brown into said Filet-O-Fish ... voila, I give you the "10:30 a.m. Filet-O-Fish"
