    Its Pączki Day! Aka Fat Thursday, basically the Catholic Poles get started earlier than other people who participate in Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras) next week.

    Another Sunday and another omelette. Not a fancy one today. It sets us up to skip lunch again as we do most of the time. Usually two meals a day.

    The local diner had my wife's favorite special today - the Chorizo, sweet potato and aioli hash with eggs over easy. I got the Green Chili Pork and Eggs. That chorizo hash dish is amazing. Usually the Green Chili dish is too, but today was too watery...chef Eric wasn't in this morning, a rarity...

    Scrambled eggs this morning with lots of additions - ham, red onions, and scallions. Plus Tabasco. Walnut muffin with clotted cream and strawberry jelly/preserve. Very yummy. Set until dinner!
