    a nice ~3lb. CutBow Trout (a cross between a Rainbow and a Cut Throat).

    Caught by TheSuperModel on sunday at Lake Amador.

    baked it up with the herbs shown and some lemon slices from our lemon tree. All ingredients fresh.

    Went down real well with the Sierra Vista wine, some mushroom risotto and steamed carrots. For dessert it was a round of LemonDrop cocktails using fresh squeezed juice.


    I didnt catch a thing... but got a NICE view of a herd of whitetail as they came to the lake for a drink not 20 yards away. Damn pretty in the golden light of sunset. A good little 4 point buck was just taunting me (beign out of season and all).

    All in all a GOOD day above ground.
