Perfect indeed! As Tom might say Look at that crustification!! I made some spaghetti sauce the other night. Threw in a couple pork blade steaks and some Italian sausage. Been eating it for leftovers since and it just keeps getting better. Just found out there is a Five guys near me now. Might have to go try it tomorrow after taking the pups in for baths, they are getting stinky.

On my way home from Eastern Washington, hit a sushi bar off the I-5 Sat night. Yesterday was a meat lovers from Pizza Hut. Tonight I'm thinking of getting North Americanized Chinese at a local restaurant. Have a craving for sweet and sour pork.
Got my pups all clean then went to stop by Five guys. New place, line clear out the door so I decided I wasn't going to wait in line. Then I thought about ordering online, did that and got it to go. Good burger. I got bacon cheese mushroom burger fries and a peanut butter shake. The fries were meh, kind of like In n Out, soggy real fries. Sorry but I like them crispy. Good overall. They said it would be 7 minutes to pick up and it was more like 27 but not bad for a new place and it was very busy.
Grilled pineapple is such a winner, especially topped with a little cinnamon sugar. And, if you have some high quality vanilla bean ice cream to go with it, more better! T

I had to run down to Lynden Washington and get something notarized for our real estate sale. Did a quick shop at Safeway. If you spend $150 there you get a free turkey...… Did that! Since its next door and I like their chicken, had Popeyes for dinner.
