    Yeah cooked the cheese sauce on the pie, added the anchovies and salami after taken out or they explode at that temp :)

    Assorted sashimi and chopped scallop rolls again. The chef remembers my order now. I'm still hungry, since its a nice 62 and sunny out. Might run up to DQ for a blizzard.

    I'm a mustard guy too. I'm honestly good with whatever else anyone wants to do with their hot dog, but no ketchup and no mayo.

    Ha! I forgot to post the whole premise and theme of my Bison burger. I’d seen a Golden Eagle soaring in circles over my street yesterday afternoon, so in tribute I used some Eagle Rare Bourbon as a main flavoring ingredient to the ground Bison. Having the leftover pattie today for lunch with some sweet tater hash browns.

    I bought some ribs yesterday at Safeway. They came with a dry rub already on. I plan to cook them in the insta pot and finish them on the grill.

    Went to a wine fest tonight, so I had bunch of random foods along the way. I love free food and drinks. And this year you could drink as much as you wanted. But I drank less this year. Lol

    Dinner plans changed. My SIL and nephew in town from the island. I took my nephew to an arcade place while SIL shopped. This place: https://www.castlefunpark.com/ After took the nephew to DQ for the combo special. It was fun.

    Rats change of plans again! Had a water pipe let go. So now have no water at my house. I'm getting a hotel for a shower. While there might as well get dinner out, can't clean up here. I'll probably just get a beef taco pizza.

    Grapevine, Texas does that. We've gone with friends, but it's still a hot time of the year, so I can't drink that much wine when it's scorching hot.

    On the road, but traveling with the wife, so we're staying at a Residence Inn. Room with a kitchenette. So, a quick trip to Publix - big grocery chain here in Florida - and, voila, a home cooked meal. Pork, onions, a little mango, a squirt of lime juice, S&P. Wish I had thought to buy some jerk sauce or some such. But, much better than eating out after a long day of meetings.

    Hopefully you washed those dishes before you used them.:D

    I'm sure that wine fest is on a whole other level. This place is completely unorganized. It does cost money to get in, but were fortunate to get free admission tickets from a friends wife. The goodie bag had two really good things. I small wooden cutting/serving board and a small compact umbrella (which I need!) that appears to be good quality. And then another wine glass. Just what I need. Another freaking piece of glass drinkware.:rolleyes:

    Okay had much more for lunch and it'll be dinner tonight. It was very good. I added baby bella mushrooms to the recipe and it was probably my best crockpot meal. Will do this one again.
