Got tired of eating leftover soup. Made a pizza the other night, then made pork burgers last night. I have leftovers of everything. Then made a Costco trip today and got a chicken too. I need to either freeze some of this stuff or I'm gonna waste too much.

Oooh, and Costco had Porchetta. Already rolled and cooked, just heat/brown and eat. Gonna probably try that this weekend. I don't have huge expectations for it but it should still be tasty.

Costco does premade foods well. I did sushi last night on my way home from the hospital. Now grilling a chicken breast and going to have it on a bun.

Yes, forgot about the Golden State!
One of the better Mexican meals we ever had was in Napa. Food truck.
The tailgate of our pickup truck had to fill in for a table!

Made pepper and onions using a random assortment of what is left from the garden.
Shishito, cayenne mostly. A few smaller poblanos - both ripe (red) and one green one.

Mixed some in with zoodles. I tried something diff this time. Made the zoodles the night before and then stored in a Ziploc bag. Zoodles were wrapped in a few paper towels before putting them in the Ziploc, in order to dry them out. Worked like a charm.
