Dude! That's just over the top! Where did you get iberico pork chops? I think I need to revise my Christmas wish list! T
I order iberico from two places. Spanish Iberico I purchase from campo grande. This dry aged iberico I posted is California iberico raised in sonoma and dry aged by Edwards aged meats.
Cheddar and Parmigiano Reggiano gougeres I brought to a party. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I mixed a can of chicken and noodles and chicken and wild rice progressive soup together along with a green giant red letnil and chickpea mix. It's pretty good and really hits the spot tonight.
You make the most diverse and interesting food. But you never post what it is. I'm boring and didn't take pics but grabbed a couple thin cut NY's while at the store the other night. I don't like thin cut but they were the only ones in the whole meat dept that looked decent. Just put 'em in the frying pan, not bad but not great. Made stuffed mushrooms to go with the steaks, they were better than the steak. Used leftover steak tonight to make steak & cheese quesadilla. Heated up some of the leftover mushrooms too. Kind of an odd combo but it worked.
Saturday dinner at Quice in SF, we also got the chance to do a kitchen tour and chat with chef Tusk, who was kind enough to explain how they made each dish. Tonight I had a massive massive craving for pickle soup. Hit the Polish grocery store and got takeout. Pork schnitzel, beets, victorian salad. Stuffed! The pickle soup was great. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Catching up, haven't had time to post recently, so will catch up in a few posts... Wife has become obsessed with making Dosas. Went to an Indian food market in Reno when we were visiting family there for thanksgiving and rounded up the needed ingredients. Made dosas with sambar: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Its been snowy and cold, so soups are happening. First up another pot of Polish Cabbage soup (sauerkraut, kielbasa, onion). Yummy and perfect on a cold day. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Next up was Clam Chowder. (I prefer a no-milk version, so merely clam juice and roux) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
