@Jdubbya and the delicious burger he posted the other day inspired me to get fixins and make similar for dinner. Also another tub of Greek salad. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Weren't I. I did cook a few last night but didn't eat them, that's tonight's dinner. On focaccia that I grabbed at the farmer's market yesterday. Carlo maybe with the crack burger? That looked amazing. Yours looks good too.

Yummy. My wife would love that venue, looking out onto the Bellagio fountains, not to mention the food on their menu. Thanks for sharing! T

Seafood linguine last night. I'm in the mood for a buffet feast. So might hit the only casino out of 20 or so here that still has their buffet.
Where you at, Max? Vegas? Image Unavailable, Please Login This started out as lunch, but became dinner as well. Tri-tip at a little place in Santa Maria called Woody's. It was good. Could have used a tad more bite in the horseradish, but good smoke and flavor. Also, picked up some red oak chunks and pinquito beans for home. T

Went to our local fishmonger for sashimi grade tuna and salmon for tonight’s sashimi plate. Served it with mixed salad with Japanese sesame dressing and from left field I cooked garlic prawns in a cream and white wine sauce Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not Vegas. We have a few casinos in and around Vancouver. Pretty much all of them closed their buffets. Ended up with unexpected company and they wanted to see the local to me beach and pier. I took them for fish and chips along the boardwalk. Nice thing about Canada, we had easy immigration rules for fellow commonwealth countries. Net result. Lots of immigration from the UK. Few good ex-pat owned Brit fish and chips places along the boardwalk

Really? I been eating it that way since I was a kid, probably the only way my Mom could get us to eat broccoli. I like dipping my Pommes Frites in mayo too! Cheers!
I've eaten broccoli with mayo, it is yummy. My ex-girlfriend is Portuguese and they make these great mini potatoes and they go great with mayo too.
