    For a RHD car? I can think the trunk release in the door jamb varies from RHD to LHD, but other than that are there any differences on these panels for RHD/LHD?

    Minor, but a few, as you say rear lid release is handed as are the rear strut mounts that hold the lids up. And obviously they are for euro bumpers (with the exception of one front wing but thats all they had.)
