This sounds like a nice car.
Does it have the standard factory exhaust or the factory CS sport?
    $130-$140K ???

This sounds a lot like my car. I also had the leather upholstered headliner (roof) to match.
I added the exhaust which is no trifle at 6K. If ordered from the factory it is 4.5K but I don't think it was available as an option until 2004.

If you were just going on price, you could get an earlier model year which might lack these options for less money.
You are buying at a great time because the market is soft and a number of cars are for sale. I truly think the 360 is a keeper- prettier than the 430, nicer exhaust note. But time will tell.

I like the daytona power seats, the hi fi, and the sheilds and challenge grills. If these options are important to you, adding them later is going to cost you at least 10-15K.
So, try to keep this in mind. Otherwise you may find that paying more for the car you want is a better deal.

I'll assume your referring to the AG, beautiful and optioned well. If you intend to purchase the extended factory warranty I would negotiate it into the deal at under 140K or w/o 130-135K.

How is this a 140K car when 03 spiders, with similar options and miles, are selling for 140-145K? Adn is it F1 or a stick?

If your referring to the '03 Spiders currently on ebay, the Blk F1 in Lincoln, CA had front end damage and has a salvage title and the Blk 6 speed manual in Malibu, CA is a Euro car. The yellow car in Mich appears nice and priced aggressively however, I don't have any additional info. so you'll have to do your own homework on that one.

Oh, no car in particular; I was just referring to the spider market prices in general.

The prices are typically predicated on model, year, condition, service/history, miles and in most cases you get what you pay for. I wouldn't judge a book by its cover.
