What's my M5 worth?

2000 e39 M5, jet black with "extended" black leather interior, interior wood trim, Bluetooth , every option in 2000 except side and rear shades which were not available with the "extended" leather option , 108,000 miles, dealer maintained since new-Excellant condition. Kelley Blue Book has it valued at: Retail=$32,705; private sale=$27,895; and trade-in: $23,300. The CPI has it valued from $28,350(fair) to $39,575(excellant), but the CPI does not take milegae into consideration. Has anyone bought, sold or know of a similar M5 that sold within the last few weeks? I am thinking of ordering a new e60 M5 and need to know what my current one is worth?
