    Not those 5,000 piece kits, but something that's relatively small and portable, but hella useful. I'm in that construction mode. Tell me what you've got - pictures preferred.

    I'm assuming you already have some tools? Or are you starting out from schratch? If you’re starting from scratch it’s very hard to beat the CRAFTSMAN portable kits that are about 122 pieces. Which is what I have and fits easily into my the trunk of my 91 MR2. So, a Ferrari shouldn’t be any problem.

    If you already have some tools and would just like to consolidate them in to a good travel kit DEMON TWEEKS in the U.K. sells both SPARCO and OMP tool kits that RALLY mechanics use. Order their free catalogs. They have much more in them than the web site.

    If you don’t like CRAFTSMAN tools (I’ll admit they aren’t the best) I’d recommend SK or Snap-On. Both are a good deal more expensive but, you do get what you pay for.
