    I was having some fun looking for ferraris online and i found this 355 really cheap any one know the car or know whats wrong with it (out of curriousity not looking to buy)

    It's a salvage, and it has been for sale at least 4 months that I am aware of

    Someone here inquired on that car a while back. It has also been hovering on ebay for a while. I think the ad says "rebuilt" Virginia title. I don't think they have a "salvage" title in Va. Salvage cars are a NO NO. You can still find a clean 355 in the mid 60's.

    That Lemon has been around for a while.There are more like it. If you have any other Potential Purchases, post the Link or VIN. I'm sure someone on here "Knows" the Car.

    I looked at that car personally and drove in it too. It is rough to say the least. It currently is not even stored in a garage. The seats need to be redone, dash is pulling and the interior is sticky. Not to mention the cosmetics. In fact, I don't even think it is an original color. He claims its Rossa Barchetta but I don't agree. Apparently, it was rear ended and therefore there is no longer the PPG paint code in the trunk. It might be worth $40K at best. I didn't offer and I don't think he'd take it...

    That just sad if you are goin to try and fix up a Ferrari do it right.
