What's the WORST color combo ever?

I'm surprised his FXX isn't yellow.

 

I have seen a few of his other cars at the Celebration car show. Other than the yellow/yellow cars and the gold Scuderia, the rest of his cars have good color combos. His red with white interior cars, such as the 16M and the other Rolls are stunning.

 

Just stumbled onto this thread.

My guess is that at least SOME of these cars didnt quite come out as the person ordering them had intended. It has to be that, or just some of the poorest taste in color combos - ever....

Hate to admit this and it may be different in person but that yellow/yellow 599 doesn't look all that bad, as long as the stitching is black and there is no red to be found anywhere.

 

I've found a few pretty bad examples over the years.

I really hope that F430 belongs to a player on the Lakers, that's the only justification I can come up with for that.

And I'm sorry, but the last photo in 250Californiafan's post, is that a 550 Barchetta?

 

It is a 550 Barchetta. The really sad part is that the car had less than 500 miles on it when I took the picture in April, 2009.

What color is that Scuderia painted? I'm trying to think of another car that paint color may have come from.

 

Call me crazy but that is certainly distinctive and I kind of like it. Would not be my first choice if I was ordering new, but the color wouldn't stop me from considering it down the road.

It would be something like the total of 6 examples of the 308 family that was finished in Rosso Cordoba. A color so unusual that no one orders it. Extraordinarily rare in Azzuro Smurfo Blu.

 

Would have to see it in person but I don't think it looks too bad with the original grey wheels. However, the white wheels are too much and ruins it whether in person or pics.

Would also like to see it with a grey stripe instead of white.

 

That color came from the legendary "blue bag" of the Tiffany Jewelry Co.

 

Looked amazing before they painted the wheels.
