Both keys and all original paper work and cards.
I would sell the wheels to a person on Fchat or something. Won't get squat for them if included in the sale on the car.
Looks like a lightly optioned car. If your posted option list is not complete, please clarify re: power or daytona seats, CCB, challenge grill, challenge wheels, shields, extra leather, subwoofer, etc. Or post sticker. Note: for maximum $, sell your wheels separately.
