Hemmings ad is for $169,900 but the car appears to be at Continental AutoSports with an asking price of $164,900.

That dealership is in Hinsdale, IL. (I have no connection to the car or dealership).

Some good pictures of it at:
    http://www.continentalautosports.com/inventory/details.aspx?id=NLIL0007.5/8396

Seems like a pretty good car and it says the belt service has been done on it.
I wonder if it is a single owner car?
And where the car was originally purchased from?
And where it has spent its 4-year life?
The kind of info you get from a CarFax report and the service docs, if they have them since new.

Here are a few pics, a nice looking car for sure:

I guess I should have asked, "What is a fair price for the car?"

If Continental is offering it for $165k, what will they likely take for it?

Assuming everything checks out on the car, the $165k price actually seems a little lower than most asking prices.

If the car has any damage history though, then it might be more of a retail asking price.

The other thing to verify is that it is a US car, not a Euro. Nothing wrong with a Euro car, but they do tend to sell at a lower price point.

I think if the car checks out and you could get it for $160k, that would be a deal, IMHO. As you know, there are several 2003 575s with asking prices at $180k+ at various dealers around the country.
