Auction ended, I am interested in this but having a hard time putting a value on it. I would say it's $3051 if eBay is "market value" and I want it more than the next guy.

Any feedback? Would this see any appreciation at all?

One of those sat unsold in the Symbolic showroom in LA for years. I think they were asking something like $3-3500.

The flat out coolness factor will wear off about 5 min after you send them the money.

Does it come with any sort of Classiche Certification?
Has the sap been changed regularly?
Tell them you want to hear it run, since you've been searching for the original engine to your F50, and something just tells you, this might just be it!!

IIRC Tom Shaughnessy had one of those for sale a few years ago. He was asking $20K.

Just a crazy thought, but perhaps some people gain personal satisfaction from creating something out of nothing with their own two hands....just a thought

That one or one just like it sat in the showroom of a dealer I worked in for a couple of years. The price tag was a lot higher then and no one showed any interest. Considering it went down more than 5 figures in twenty or so years I am not thinking it has any real investment value.

But hey, I have been wrong before.

It's definitely cool..........but I don't know if it is $3K worth of cool.

If I was so inclined I'd toss $1,000 at it.......shipping included.

LOL, I often get buyer's remorse! I'm glad there are liberal return policies at most places.
