Just turn the rules back to the way the were. Multiple engines configurations,multiple chassis designs, open rules on gearbox, etc. You want to cut the cornering force down?....make the tires narrower. You want faster top speeds? Cut the wing size (both top and under tray). Then let the people that know what to do.....do it!!! You will have racing again.
