The price seems a little high for a 2V 308. It is more likely to get low $30k. Looks like a nice car from the pics.

Saw that ad a couple times as well....price seems a little on the high side for the year / mileage.

The car / seller is apparently here locally nearby, but I've never seen it out and about.

i hate ebay, but i am ready to ask a friend on mine to list both of mine and see if sell . i guess the exposure ebay gets something that is for sale is part of the draw.

I've sold 2 sports cars through EBAY. Each sold within 4 hours of the listing through a private offer that ended the auction early.
    1. Set a Buy it now of a somewhat realistic price.
    2. Start the auction without the reserve met but high enough that it pulls up if you search by highest price.\
3.Say in the auction that you reserve the right to end the aucton early because you have the car advertised elsewhere.
It becomes a worldwide classified ad with 16 pictures and lots of description for only $46. Everyone that sees your car has typed in the search parameters. There is no way to be more direct in you target market with such exposure.

I sell advertising for a living and I dread the day that customers start realizing the power of EBAY.

If you do get an offer to end the auction early, tell the buyer you first need a $250-500 PAYAPL deposit. That way if they are a flake, you will not be out the listing fee.
