I agree. That just doesn't sweeten the pot for me. The wheels are welcomed warmly compared to the .........

The car (not the sales incentive) has only been driven 100 miles since 1998!

Though clearly a euro car, I noticed the manual says "north american version".

Pretty sure its a re-list. Don't see too many Cream leather interiors.

yeah, the miles got my attention too!

Didn't notice that, but did the "unleaded" gas sticker and emission canister; don't have any of those on mine.

It is a euro car, but what is up with the HIGH weight on the VIN??? It should be 3,350 or so i thought. Do they also add weight for driver/passenger? Just curious.

    I love this line:

"This is your chance to own a world class Ferrari for well under $100,000. " Next time someone asks me how much I paid for my 400i I can tell them truthfully "less than $100,000!".

    Let's see: current mileage 41,654

Miles driven in last 7-8 years (1998): 100

    Mileage in 1998: 41,554

Mileage when belts last changed: 28,021

Mileage when tie rods done in 1990: 25,000

I don't think that I would even start the car much less drive it much with belts that are certainly more than 7 years old and could be approaching 15 years old (16 years in 4 weeks).

The car doesn't look horrible, the paint looks pretty dull, but maybe it could be brought back with a good program of buffing, polishing and waxing. Even if everything that the seller says checks out, it obviously needs a major service with belts and needs new tires (too old even with only 500 miles on them) and a lot of attention to hoses, brakes and seals.

Anyone have any idea what the reserve is?

That's the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, not the vehicle's curb weight. That's the max you can load it up to.
