    Fake! :(
It's not a European version: look at the extra reflectors on the sides! ;)
Happens all the time, i wonder why people do those things! For getting the prices down? Then they better 'ask' reasonable prices IMHO! ;)
    Here's a very cheap 430 BTW:

The opposite also happens i'm affraid! People who want to sell their Ferrari and put up another fake car, same model, same spec, BUT higher price!!!

Not very fair but it happens!! :(

So Alex, it's very busy at work i suppose?? :D ;)

    Well seen Guy :)
Indeed, what's the point in doing this?

Great color combo on that 430 IMO!

And yes... VERY busy at work ;)

Those guys put these cars on the internet really cheap. If you call them they will tell you that you have to transfer money (4000 euro) to reserve the car because already many people have called for the car. After you have transferred the money you never hear from them again.

    That's right.

They give you a wrong adress and there is no chance to catch them on the telephone. They do this since a few mounth. Fist with a white 308 GTS and now with this 348. If you ask for a serial number they give you a number of an real existing car.

Send them an email and ask about the car. After the replay you can post it here.

What can we do against this felons?

I am happy that this has never happened to me. But I know some other people who have encountered this. It is not only Ferrari. They also do it with BMW's, Audi's, etc, etc.

I think you'e got to be extremely daft to bid for a Ferrari (or any other expensive car) on e-bay.

If I ever did find an interesting car on e-bay, I would contact the owner by e-mail, arrange a viewing of the car, and pay him directly upon exchanging the ownership documents. No way would I pay up front to a complete stranger on the internet, without even knowing if the car exists! Excuse me but if some people are so dumb, then it's fair enough that some crooks will take advantage of them!
