Just looking at the resale market, seeing the prices going up and this F8 is sticking out? $450k https://www.justred.com/buy/f8-tributo-spider/zff93lmaxm0258326 Seems like it is $50k+ under market? At the dealer since November?
Only thing that stands out is the mileage. Shown as 6,815 on the dealer's website. https://denver.ferraridealers.com/en-US/a/used-ferrari/f8-spider/ZFF93LMAXM0258326-1662059251410
Also on 10/4/21 miles are reported as 2888 and 2 days later on 10/6/21 they are 3896. Carfax isn't always accurate but I'd call to get the back story. Otherwise it looks like a great spec.
It has a $364K Sticker. So with the higher miles and multiple owners, I think it is priced in the right ballpark and not under market.
Nice F8 Spyder... Daytona Race seats with the red strip and red stitch look nice. Classic colors priced OK I guess should be selling fast. 3900 miles on a modern day built car is nothing. Built July 2020 probably delivered probably late August/Sept so it is 2 years old...only 1900 miles a year...absolutely nothing for miles and honestly I'd rather have a have lightly driven car like this than one that was 2 years old 500 miles that just sits and never run.
and adding more carbon can be done.i ended up adding more carbon on mine i should of ordered with the carbon now im adding the ones i did not order
Miles are 6815. The justred link is an old ad. (Which 6815 for a 2 year old car is way under average. Only in Ferrari world is that a “stigma”).
Oh ok thanks for the correction.... those miles don't bother me in thinking the car will have issues. However I'd have to do serious research on what actual F8S are selling for and what miles vs this car and see if the price is good. Also think about future value too with the miles I will put on it too. I'd think for someone that is adding a Ferrari to the garage and has other exotics and sports cars to drive and is keeping this F8S for a longer time this could work out due to the lower price while other F8's catch up in miles.
I put 878 miles on my 458 when I bought it and drove it straight back home (stopping only for petrol) in an epic 18 3/4 hours, less than one day! Cheers!
Now THAT is impressive!! How was your back? I’ve done that 30 years ago when I was young but now the idea of a 3.5 hour drive causes my back to hurt. Lol.
That’s a short jaunt for me… I’ve done 24 hours straight many times (in a Mercedes-Benz SonderKlasse) back in the day. My 458 has the full electric, heated comfort seats (the trip was a few days before Christmas) and they are very comfortable for my height and build. It also has Pit Speed, so no leg/foot fatigue from being on the accelerator for so long. It was the first time I had ever driven a Ferrari and it was simply glorious! My 458 performed flawlessly… Cheers!
Well that glorious first Ferrari drive can keep you going for a long time. Especially the exhaust sound of the 458!
Are beige interiors harder to sell than nero nowadays? Only thing I can think except the miles vs other on the market but the 100k difference in price surely compensates for that. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Not sure I follow? It was priced at 450k and didn’t sell. They raised it to 495k so how would that be more in line with the market? The market showed that 450k wasn’t the right price. Unless you are saying that the new price is more in line with other cars “asking price” (and which have been sitting for a while) in which case I completely agree.
