I have a 1988 328 GTS, non ABS. I put 15 mm wheel spacers on all four corners. I’m thinking about removing the front ones.
Will this cause any problems or no issues at all?

It's more the other way around -- adding spacers to the front (with the stock wheel offset) is a bit of a steering geometry sin so removing them is the more correct thing to do. Just having spacers at the rear (increasing the rear track dimension) has no effect on the steering geometry (although it does affect the loads on the rear wheel bearings and stub shaft --- but 15mm isn't too much to worry about IMO).

That is probably not a good idea if you are only doing it for looks.
