Wheels alignment by dealer, FACEPALM

Ok, few weeks ago I have changed front arm on my Lusso and after I drove to oficial dealer in Dubai to do simple wheels alignment. They said it will take one day, and I can get my car back next morning, on the next morning I just arrived there and heard the Dumbest thing in a long time, "we cannot do wheel alignment, because your tires and wheels is not stock" I am using Novitec R21/22 wheels and 335 tires, but wtf? If you cannot do it, just tell me, don't waste my time, Once again I was convinced how terrible the Ferrari dealer is.
I just went to a random tire shop and they did it for me in 30 minutes and I only paid $100.

I always enjoy using official porsche dealers and they are incomparable to any other dealer, why can't Ferrari learn the same service?

 

You mean dealership or general rating?

 

I didn't used any warranty and was able to pay for job.
