I was planning on going to this show in Sept. After doing a little research I am a little confused so some questions. Saturday there is a show at an airport, Eagle county airport(Vail County Jet Center) then on Sat. there is a show in Vail. When I look at the map of the area these 2 are 30 some miles apart. Have you guys gone to both or one or the other? Secondly, I was going to enter 2 cars, but that seems odd to have 2 different venus that far apart. I'm not sure where to stay and it seems like a lot of work packing up 2 cars to move from one spot to another. I would like your thoughts and opinions from those that have attended and those who have shown cars, how was it and where did you stay?

You can go to www.vailautomotiveclassic.com and they have a bunch of hotels listed you can stay at. I trailered up a 1927 Delage Boattail last year but didn't stay for the Sunday event. This event isn't quite the replacement for the Rocky Mountain Concours, but it well worth going too! This event is the day before the Colorado Grand so plan on seeing at least a few Grand cars there as well. This year they are featuring Ferrari which should bring out some great cars.
