    So a friend of mine says she has this girl she wants me to meet. I talk to this friend of her for about an hour and a half for a few days. She says shes 15 years old 5'5'' blonde hair blues eyes, athletic and has been dancing for 12 years and plays soccer, and is pretty good looking. Sounds pretty good right. We talked alot and she invited me to this little party she was having at her house tonight and says she wants to meet me and stuff. Well I drive a good 45 minutes to her house which should have only been 20 min but she's a female and they can't give directions for cr*p. Anyway I get there and shes with a bunch of her friends and you guessed it shes FAT. Now this is pretty bad on my part for being so judgemental but I really dont care I'm 16 and all you guys know what I wanted. Now I wouldn't be as mad if she had told me the truth. It would have saved me lots of time and gas :) . Anyways I probably should have known it was too good to be true. Tell me what you guys think and feel free to share equally bad stories. And girls please tell us if you're fat.

    Yes it shallow, but I agree with you.......

    You should have been told. She conveniently left that part out. I suggest you ask next time or ask for a pict. Most friends have picts now that digital cameras are everywhere.

    I say this friend owes you for non disclosure.

    Yes thank you thats just what I wanted to hear. I called the friend on my way home and she said she'd hook me up with another friend of hers that ISNT fat. But for some reason she doesnt think she owes me, and i find that very hard to believe.

    girls lie alll the damn time to get what they want. And no girl is gonna tell a guy that she is fat unless you are married, then you're gonna sleep on the couch no matter what answer you give. Also, never go on a blind date or have your friend hook up with a another friend that you have never met. That is the worst choice you could make.... and it gets even worse if you are like me and you are picky as hell with who you date/interested in.

    She doesn't care, she just thinks she's doing a sister a favor. Make her feel a little guilty for not giving you the skinny on the fat ;) It's partly your fault but luckily it won't happen again. Trust but verify, I always say. Ask for a pic first and make them come see you at a convenient place so you're not investing too much up front ;) BTW, save all the chit chat for face to face.

    Bro., don't worry about it! I'm as shallow as you are (should I admit that)? Maybe that's why I don't have a g/f, I'm very picky. But that is messed up she didn't disclose her actual weight. Women will lie to you, there must be a rule where you add a certain amount of weight to what a girl claims she actually is, just like the rule of 3 from American Pie 2. My friend is trying to hook me up w/ her friend, who apparently enters beauty pageants. I told her, I can dress up like a girl and enter a beauty pageant, but it doesn't mean I'll win.

    Anyways, I have seen a camera pic. of her and she appears cute, we'll see how things turn out. But get used to this, and don't let it bring you down.

    Yes true but when a friend tells you she has a friend she wants you to meet and that she's good looking (even if it isnt ture) i usually say yes, but maybe I wont much longer.

    Thats the other thing that really pissed me off not only was she not good looking but none of her friends were halfway decent either. I guess ugly girls hang out in packs or something.
