    Neither have I.

I have heard that the consensus is the current Ferrari is by far a superior car to anything else on the grid, including the Renault. As last year, and until the last two races, the Bridgestones were holding it back from winning.

I also heard that Flavio is concerned that when they go to the single tire manufacturerer format, that Ferrari will lap everyone in Austrailia because of their knowledge of the Bridgestones. Dunno, could be so.

Haven't heard of this either, but if they have another F248 coming out, I feel bad for everyone else. The way it looks right now, the Ferrari has a leg up on everyone else so any more progress on the car might actually get them really back in the fight for both titles.

Well they kind of came out with a "new" one. but the changes thay have made cant really be seen. most of it had to do with the aero package as well as some other things. last race in france was the first race with the "new" car. i read some where (i think itv) they spent another 30 mill on it but i dont know if the pirce is exactly true or not.

Spot on.... Ferrari also recently publically denied putting another $30m into the car's development. Not sure why they'd bother to deny it even if it was untrue.

The way Ferrari and most other F1 teams work is they introduce a new car at the start of the season (usually ;)) with 2 or 3 major updates prescheduled throughout the year, with the usual weekly developments filling in those gaps. I don't know what the schedule is, but it is very likely they are due for an update for the final third of the year.

I read somewhere that the Ferrari engine used in France had gained an extra 30 HP compared to the one used befor France.

So did the Renault I believe. I also though it was at the USGP may be wrong.
