when purchasing a 355...

Hey guys, I'm going to be purchasing a 355 soon and I have a couple questions, I know most of this information is spread out over the forums and I have gathered most of it. I would just like to make sure I have all my info straight.

Now here's the common problems I know of for the 355 please add more if I'm missing any

1. Check for proper service intervals and the service was done at a stand up place.
2. Interior leather shrinks and rips
3. Sticky interior parts
4. Headers crack
5. Cats rot out
6. Valve guides

Now on that last one, the valve guides, are certain years excempt from this issue or no? I've heard both and would like to get a straight answer.
