interesting...the frame and and inner fenders are not painted black. i wonder when the black paint for frame and other parts was done?
You do the same when you restore a car, its easier to get the black off the red than the red off the black. Its the best way to tell a cars original colour. Pic a hidden area and scratch the black off to find the cars true colour. My boxer has bright red under the black.
The stainless steel hoses on the carb engine are very interesting. I have never noticed those before. In fact, I do not believe my 79 carbed Boxer has them. Anyone else care to comment? Drew Altemara
