I think I might go for a spring activated similar device that is a hypodermic needle that injects, lets see, the bacteria causing necrotizing fasciitis. So after the rape, the attacker’s penis painfully rots off w/ lots of pus, etc but not before the infection spreads to his entire body. Yeah, & make it VRS (resistant to the most powerful broad-spectrum antibiotics). I’ll take a the sampler pack.

I've removed all the scrotum, penile skin, abdominal skin to the navel for Fornier's gangrene. You have to make little pouches in each thigh to hold the testicles after they have been allowed to hang in the breeze and granulate for 2 weeks. Haven't seen it in ~12 years fortunately.
