Does anyone know the start time for the concourse in Sydney? I am definitely going to head down to this on the 28th, sounds like a very good day!
Yeah it was a good show.Quite a good turnout to.Bit peed off as last year we were told that the Ferrari club were alowed to bring there cars to show(but not to enter anything of course)only to be stopped at the gate by some moron that told me that it was a Fiat/Alfa/Lancia day only so he didn't let us in.Yesterday when I went they had a few Ferraris down there including a nice silver Daytona.I know its petty but you know how it is especially when they had a stand down there selling Ferrari memorabilia

Last years show was not a bad showing about 100 cars, a lot of members were at Pebble Beach in the USA for the Ferrari concours there. The timing of the NSW event was out due to that event, I'm told this year we have our dates set for the 28th Aug 05 at Weil Pk Woolich/ Hunters Hill. I'm hoping we geta at least 200 plus cars. Andrew
Yeh that sounds like a fantastic gathering, more Fcars than I have ever seen in one place at once! Is the event on all day, but just entries that close at 10.30am? What is the itinerary for the day and what top models can we expect to wow the crowds??
Yeah it was a really nice car.I haven't seen that one around before. There was also a really nice Fiat Dino Spider. But I didn't get any pics of it
Hi yes all cars must be in the paddock by 10.30, open all day till about 4.30pm, It's free and open to the public, a great day meet lots of nice ppl & check out the cars Andrew
Hi I just have to say that I'm afraid the expected number of cars a the concours sounds a bit overexagerated. As great as it would be to see 200+ cars there I would expect only 70-90 including a few other makes. Last years concours was only maybe 40 or so cars, taking into account that many people had just come back from the USA. From my experiance it's pretty rare to get 200 ferrari's at the same place in Australia. The national rally a couple of years back only had about 100 cars. I'd love to be proved wrong this year though.
I've noticed that problem before too.....at the Italian Car Show this year is was predicted there would be 40-50 Ferrari's but it would have been closer to 15 I would say. However one Ferrari is enough for me to tell you the truth.... Hopefully at this years National Rally there will be 100+ - that would be an awesome sight!
When and where is the national rally? As for the concours on the 28th, what types of Ferrari are we to expect. Will it be classic older models or newer cars and also will there be abny "super" ferraris like F40, F50 in attendence?
