You can fix this, it looks way more dramatic. I raced a car once which was 3 times crashed into 2 pieces in his racing life and we still did a podium at the 12h of Abu Dhabi! years later I did a test in Sebring and found out it was the same chassis!
re-chassis what most times happen with cars with this type of chassis’ Structural damage needs replacing except you paid a million and want to keep the original chassis (but never race it again!)
From Sportscar365. WEC Spa.....2019 “Clearwater Racing is using a new Ferrari 488 GTE chassis after its previous example was heavily damaged in a crash during qualifying for the 1000 Miles of Sebring. The Singaporean team is using the same gearbox, engine and other components from its previous car while the chassis is brand new and will turn its first laps in Thursday practice” wrecked car = 3816
Sometimes its easier and quicker to replace the chassis as you are on track and you dont have the tools and time to fix it there and you might fix the crashed chassis later in the workshop. those are racecars, they crash.... nothing new

First international (class) win for the new 296GT3 (Oreca/Ferrari) Today NLS race 3 Nürburgring Team: Racing One Class: GT3 Pro-Am
24h Nürburgring - Ferrari 296 GT3, of Frikadelli Racing (#30), won 4hr Qualifiers Race, and is leading at the moment in the main race. More than 20 hours still to go, so fingers crossed for new Ferrari GT3.
While Ferrari is still leading the "Green Hell" race, here is the official ADAC TotalEnergies 24h Nürburgring stream:
Win win in Green Hell 24h race! 2 Ferrari 296 GT3 - #30 1st overall, and #20 - finished 1st in Pro-Am (7th overall). Some facts (via motorsport.com): The Frikadelli Racing team made history with their Ferrari 296 GT3 by ending a 20-year run of victories for German manufacturers in the Nurburgring 24 Hours. ... Earl Bamber, Nicky Catsburg, David Pittard and Felipe Fernandez Laser scored a dominant win in the 51st running of the German endurance classic, also setting a new distance record of 162 laps - three more than the previous benchmark. ... The Frikadelli Ferrari endured two scares on its way to victory: a puncture after five hours, which fortunately occurred shortly before the end of the lap, and an off on Sunday morning at the Stefan Bellof S, which Bamber just managed to catch. Ferrari's historic overall win was backed up by victory in the Pro-Am class with the WTM team (Rinaldi Racing) Ferrari, which finished seventh overall. Daniel Keilwitz set the fastest-ever lap on the 25.378km variant of the Nurburgring, a 8m08.006s. https://www.motorsport.com/endurance/news/nurburgring-frikadelli-ferrari-historic-victory/10471855/ To me, it's better than Le Mans 24hr.
It's debatable, but a win at the Nurburgring 24 hours could be more significant than a win in the GT category at Le Mans. First, it's an outright win, not a category win. Second, the Nurburgring is more punishing than the Sarthe circuit. Third, the field is enormous at the Nurburgring; who ever comes on top had a lot of opposition. But a Ferrari victory with their Hypercar at Le Mans, would put any other success in the shade, IMO.
