That switch is one integrated piece. You can't just buy the mising plastic cover. If you can find that switch, it is usually very expensive, about $900.
I would go to your local hobby / arts & crafts store, and see if you can find some sheet plastic that is a close match. Then cut your own piece, and glue it on. You may have to replace the piece on the other switch as well if you can't find a close enough match ---- that way, the two switches may look very slightly different from OEM, but at least they will match each other perfectly.

Get this..Did a little investigating... When I first received the 328 when I bought it...IT was on there, wasnt missing.. Then later pics it was gone.....2008/2009. An I said to myself that I never noticed I was missing this... Baffling me. The only thing and reasonable explanation I have, is that when I transported the 328 to Texas, it fell or was removed during the transport....
